Robert & Katherine Wisniewski, having entered into a Covenant for the
benefit of the City of Encinitas ("CITY" hereinafter) which was recorded
with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego as Document No. 87-
347810 on January 7, 1987, and CITY having determined that the
obligations set forth in that covenant have been fully and
satisfactorily completed, CITY hereby releases said covenant.
