MINUTES
Regular Meeting Date: July 23, 2004; 1:00 p.m.
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Vice Chairperson King called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
Present: Vice Chairperson King, Commissioners De Vinne, Harp, Pike, Schorr
and Tillotson.
Also
Present: Recreation Superintendent Miller and Administrative Secretary
Dakovich.
Absent: Chairperson Lee Vance

None.
5. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Approval of minutes for Regular Meeting June 25, 2004.
COMMISSIONER HARP MOVED, COMMISSIONER PIKE SECONDED TO
APPROVE MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, JUNE 25, 2004. MOTION
CARRIED 6-0.
6. PRESENTATION
None.
7. OLD BUSINESS
A. Status Report on Project C.A.R.E.
Recreation Superintendent Miller referred the Commission to the report for June,
noted this was the close out report for the fiscal year, and no new participants
were reported.
8. NEW BUSINESS
A. City Park Tour.
Recreation Superintendent Miller introduced John Frenken, Park & Beach
Superintendent, who will present the tour, and invited Commissioners to proceed to
the waiting van. Tour began at 1:17 p.m.
9. ADJOURNMENT
A. The Commission returned to City Hall parking lot and the meeting was
adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
