1. Pursuant to the Contract for the George Berkich Park Renovation
Project, awarded to America Tang, Inc., did on January 24, 1995
enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas involving:
Removal of e,-isting asphalt walkways, play courts, selected
landscape, chain-link fencing, and selected play equipment;
grading and drainage work; renovations of selected play
equipment; and the construction or installation of new chain-
link fencing, disabled ramps, asphalt play courts, concrete
walkways, low masonry walls, handball wall, sand play areas,
selected new play equipment, irrigation system, and selected
site furnishings.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the
City of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety nn the Contractor's bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labo- and
material. therefore is American Motorists Insurance Company, Los
Angles, California with policies issued on January 26, 1995.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 15th day of November, 1995.
5. Performance Bond 3SM 806 355 00 in the amount of $357,545.00 is
hereby released on November 15, 1996.
6. Labor and Material Payment Bc-id 3SM 806 454 00 the amount of
$357,545.00 is hereby released on November 15, 1996.
7, Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any
defects in the work of the construction or installation. of said
improvements.

political subdivision of the County of San Diego, State of
California, which is the owner of the public work described in the
within Notice of Completion executed by said City of Encinitas, do
hereby certify that 1 have read the same and know the contents
