NOTICE Ob' COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Contract for- the Park and Beach Par:eing Lot
Asphalt Seal and Stripe Worlc, awarded to J& S s,.aphal.t, Paving,
Sealing and. Striping Company, Inc., di.d on April 27, 1995 enter
into an agreement with the City of Encinitas involving:
Aspha?'t concrnte dig out and repairs; installation of pavi-iment
reinforaing fabric; adjustment of manholes and vslve boxes to
finished grade, ; resur£ace/-reseal of parking areo:.; removal
and replacement of disabled (ADA) sigais and pavement maxkings;
and reglacement of traffic markings, traffic striping and
parking striping.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in tiie office of the City Clerk of the
City of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety ori the Cor_tractcr's bonds guaranteeing
constructiori of said improvements and the payment of lauor and
material therefore is American Contractora Indemnity Company, Los
Angles, CaZifornia wi_til palicies issued on Apxil 26, 1995.
4. Said improvements were completed and accept.ed by the City
Council of the City ot Encinitas on the 14th day of June 1995.>
5. Performance Bond #2032 it: the amount cf $35, 454 . 00 is hereby
release3 on June 14, 1996.
6. Labor and Material Payment Bond #2032 the amount of $35,454.00
is hereby released on June 14, 1.996.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the C;*y Couiicil of
the City of 2ncinitas nor this natice constitutes a waiver of any
defecrs in the work nL the const:ructioi-, (ir install.ation oL said
improvements.
