1. Raymond Arthur Bosch and Lillie H. Bosch, and Michael C.
Colton and Kathie N. Colton, permittees, diva on the 3rd day of
March, 1995, obLain a permit from the Cardiff Sanitation District
to construct and install certain improvements within the
unmaintained portion of that certain public right-of-way known as
Fortuna Ranch Road and within that certain public sewer easement
easterly of said public right-of-way, said improvements consisting
of public sewer improvements in the Cardiff Sanitation District.
2. Said permit, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements (Plan CS-183), is on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Board of Directors.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Cardiff
Sanitation District Board of Directors on the _12th day of July ,
1995.
4. The permittees did post a cash deposit and two (2) Letters of
Credit to guarantee construction of said improvements. The names of
the financial institutions on the permittees' Letters of Credit are
Rancho Vista National Bank and Grossmont Bank, respectively.
5. Cash deposit: 15,471.75; Letters of Credit: $48,209.00.
(Security deposit required: $61,887.00.) The Letters cf Credit are
hereby released, and t;-le cash deposit, which equals 250 of the said
security deposit required, shall be released at the end of the one-
year warranty period.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of
Directors noz this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in
the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
