NOTICE OF GOMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Contract for the Orpheus Neighborhood Park
Project, awarded to Plaza Landscape, Incorporated, did oai May 22,
1992 enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct certain improvements indicated in contract documents,
said improvements consisting of site de:nolition, site graciing,
street i-mprovements, utility relocatiori, retaining wa11s, concrete
walks, play area, picnic shelter, picnic tables, fencing,
insta]_lation of landscape irrigation system and landscape planting.
2. Said agreement, includin_q plans and specifications for said '
improvements, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the ;
City of Ericinitas. '

3. The name of the surety on the Contractor's bonds guaranteeing ~
construcr.ion of said improvemenr_s and 'Che payment of labor and
material therefore is Merchp.nts Bonding Company (Mutual), Michael
A. 4uigley, Irvine, CaliLOrnia with policies issued on May 14,
1992.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City `
rouncil of the City of F,ncinitas on the 15th day of Sept.ember 1993.
5. Performance Bond #CA 131132, in the amount of $380,607.00 :is ~
hereby released en September 20, 1994.
6. Labor and Material Payment Bond #CA 1.31192 the amount of
$380,607.00 is hereby releascd on October 25, 1993.
7. NeitheY• acceptance of saia improvements by the City Council, of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice cons*iLtites a waiver of any
defects in r.he woz•k of the construction or installatian of said
improvements.
