NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Contract for the Orpheus Neighborhood Park.
Project, awarded to Plaza Lanciscape, Incorporated, did on May 22,
1992 enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct certain improvements indicated in contract documents,
said improvements consistir.g of site demoi-Irion, site grading,
street improvements, utility relocation, retaining walls, concrete
walks, play area, picnic shelter, picnic tables, fencing,
installation of landscape irrigation system and landscape plantina.
2. Said agreement, i::cluding plans and specificatioris f.or said
improvements, is on file in the nffice of the City Clerk of the
City of Encinitas.
3. The name of the sureLy on the Contractor's bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvemeats and the payment of labor and
rnateri_ r_herefore is Mercrants Bonding Compa.ny (Mutual) , Michael
A. Quig1Cy, Irvine, California with pulicies issued on May 14,
1992. .
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Couricil of tiie City of Er.cinitGs on t.he 15th day of September 1993.
5. Performance Bond #CA 131192, in the amaunt of ,1",31.10, 607. 00 is
hereby released on SeYite:;iber 20, 1994.
6. Labor and Material Payment E'ond #CA 131192 the amount of
$380,607.00 is hereby released on October 25, 1993.
7. Neither acceptar_ce of said improvementG by the City Council of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any
deiects in the work of the consuraction or instaliation of said
improvement s .
