NOTICE OF CGbIPLETIflN
1. Pursuant to the Contract for the YMCA Ec;ce Sports Park Project,
awarded to Marina Contractors, Incorporated, did on July 29, 1992
enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to canstruct
certain improveinents i.ndicated in contract doc:u-ments, said
improvements cons'sting of demolishing existing facilities,
grading, filling the lower field area, developing four baseball
fields with ligliting, parking, restroom, street improvements,
.Landscape and irrigation. 2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications ',r said
improvem?nts is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surery on the Conzractor°s bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payanent of labor and
material ther.efore is Firemen's Znsur_ance Company of Newark, New
,7ersey, with policiPS a.ssued on Ju]_y 27, 1992.
4. Said improâś“emants were compieted and acc.apted by th4 City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 28th d«y of Aprii 1993.
5. Performance Bond #135 30 77, in the amount uf $1,303,610.85 is
hareby released on April 29, 1994.
6. Labor and Material Pa,iment Bond #135 80 77 in the amount oi
$1,303,610.895 is hereby released on June 8, 1993.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council, of
the Ci-ty of Encinitas nor thiL; notice constitutes a waiver of any
defects i-n the work of the construction or installation of said
impravement.
