1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Ac!: of the State of Calitornia
and Tit1E 24 of the Encir,it3s Municipal Code, Yuan H. Lin and Hui-
Lan Lin, subdividers, did on the 13th day of Januar_v, 1992, enter
into an agreement wi.th the City of Encinitas to construct and
install certain impr.ovements in that certain subdivision knr.wn as
Leucad;a Homes, Tentative Man No. 88-326, Record Map No. :I_2918,
said improvements consisting of street and drair,?ge improvements in
the City o; Encinitas.
2. Said agreement; including the plans and specifications for said
impxGVemQnts, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed nd accepte.d by the Enciniias
City Council on the 13 ~ day of a'~ , 1993,
4. The name of the financial instirui:ion on the subdi-vider's
letter of credi't guaranteeing constructian of said improvements is
General Bunk.

pc:r.ta.on is $37416`58.00; 83% ($312,215.00) is hereby released and
the remaining 17% ($62,443,00) sha11 be released at the end of the

this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
catistruction of said improvements.
