1. Pursuant to ttie Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, So-Cal Development
Inc.' a subdivider, did on the 10th day of August 1983. enter into
an agreement with the County of San Diego to construct and install
cert.ain i.mprovements in that certain subdivision known as Tentative
Map Noa 3808-1, Map No. 10696, saxd improvemsnts aonsisting of
street and drainage improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Ezlcinitas. 3. Said improvements were oompleted and accepted by the Encini*as
City Council on the 25th day of March, 1992.
4. Security: Since the public streets and drainage improvements
