install certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as
7'he Colon , Tentative Map No. 89-173, Record Map No. 12833., said
improvements -consisting of street and drainage improvements in the
City o-L` Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, includinq the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is an file in the Office of the Clerk of the Cxty oE
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and aacepted hy the Encinitas
City Council on the 4th day of December, 1991.
4. Security fcar warranty of wark is in the form of letters of
cr2dit with the Bank of Southern Califarnia, 1620 Fifth Avenue, 7th
Floqr, San Diego, CA 92101. The amount of the letters of credit
is as fo].lows:

(Public Improvements)

(Sewer Improvements)
The security for the publzc and sewer impravements have already ;
been reduced to 25% of the oziginal amount and shall remain at the
City for the warranty period of one year after acceptance of the ~
improvements. 2'he security for the grading can be released it its '
' entirety at this time.
