1. Fursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipai Code, J.F. Shea Co., Inc.,
a subdivider, did on the 11th day of May, 1987, enter into an
aareement with the City of Encinitas to construct and install
certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as Fortuna
Ranch, Tentative Map No. TM 4574, Racord Map No. 11809, said
improvements consisting of street improvements in the Citx of
Enainit«s.
2. Said agreement, including the pZans and specitications for said
improvements, is on file iii the office of the Clerk of the City ot
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the ZOth day of Nove;nber, 1991.
4. SECURSTY: Security for warranty of wo-:-k is in the form of a
bond secured with James Econn and company insurance at 18818 Te?ler
Avenue, Ste. 265, Irvine, Galifornia, 92715-1680. The amount of
the bond is as follows:
Bond No. 02--64-60 Amount
$243,842.00
(Public Improvementa)
The security foi gublic improvements has already been reduced to
10% of original seaurity required, thersfare, it shall remain on
file with the City for ane year after September 13, 1991.

5. Naither acceptance of said improvement5 by the City Council nor
this Natice aanstitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
construction or instal].atf.on of said improvements.
