l. Pursuant to the 3ubdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, J.F. Shea Co., Inc.,
a subdivider, did an the llth day of May, 1987, enter into an
' agreement with the City of Encinii:as ta construct and install
certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as Fortuna
Ranch, Tentat?ve Mal., No. TM 4574, Record Map No. 11809, saia
improvements consisting af street improvements in the City af
Enci.nitas.
2. Said agreement, i.ncluding the plans and specifi.cations for said
improvements, is on file in the of fice of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Cauncil on the 21st day of August, 1991. . g~
4. SECUF2TTY: Security for warran'ty of work is in the form of an
Irrevocable stand-by letter of cradit previded by Bank of America,
555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, Califarnia, 90071. The
