install certain iinprovements in the South Half of the Sauthwest
Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South; Range 4 West, San
Bernaxdino rieridian, in i.he Ca.ty of Encinitas, County o.f 5an Diego,
State of Caxifornia, accordinq 4o Official PZat thersof, as a
conditian of Majar Use Per.mit No. 85-107, said improvements
consisting of strest and drair.age improvements along Saxony Road
and Seacrest Way in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans anc specifiaations for
saici improvemerits (CG-3361), is on file in the Office of the Clerk
of the City of Encini'cas.
3. Said i.mprovements were completed and accepted by the Enainitas
City Council on the 4th da~ of December, 1991.
4. The one year period for warranty of work will not be required,
therefore no additional security for such warranty will be
required.
5. Neither acceptanr.e of said improvements by tMe City Counc;il
nor this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of ;
the crsnstruction or installatiori oF said imprnvements. ~
