Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the affice of the Clerk of the City of Encinitas. 3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas City Council on the 23rd day of January, 1991. 4. BACKQROUNA: On January 11, 1984, the County of San Diego entered into an aqreement with Quail Gardens Associates II, Ltd., for construction of public improvements as a condition of approval of the Final Map for Traat No. 4265. The final map was appraved by the County of San Diego and Xecorded as Map Ivo. 10817 on January 12, 1.934. The subdivxsion, now under the jurisdiction of the City, is a planned development consisting of 153 single family residential lots, 4 private street 14ts, 3 open space lots and a total acreage of 80.0 acres. The subdivision is located in the Leucadia area abutting Saxony RQad one-ha].f rnile north of Normandy Avenue. A plat of tha subdivision is shown in Exhibit A. DISCUSSION: All public improvements have been campleted ta the satisfaction of the City Engineer and are in aonformance with the improvement plans approved by tkxe County Engineer. : RECOMMENDAT I ON : Tt is recommended that the City Council tdke the following actions: 1.
