1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Forrest E. Johnston,
a subdivider, d:id on the 27th day of June, 1989, enter into an
agreLment with the City of Encinitas to construct and install
certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as Forrest
Bluff Estates, Tentativa Map No. 4461, Record Map NO. 12422, said
improvement:s consisting of street improvements a.n the City of
Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, includinq the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office af the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 20th day of November, 1991.
4. SECURITXa aecurity for warranty of work is in the form of an
assignment of account to the City of Encinitas. The account is
witY. Fixst Cali-fornia Bank at 550 West C Street, Ste. 100, San
Diego, CA 92101. The amount of said account is as fallows:

The security for publia improvement has already been reduaed to 25%
of the cast estimate for such improvements, therefars it sha11
remain on file with the City during the one year warranty period
starting on the date this Notice of Campletion records at the

this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
constructian or installation of said improvements.
