1. Pursuant to the Subdivisian Map Act of the State of California
and Division I of Title 8 af the San Diego County Code, Lagaon
View, Inc., a subdivider, did an the 14th day of May, 1985, enter
into an agreement with the County of San Diego to construc'c and
install certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as
Lagoon View, Tentative Map No. 4460, Record Map No. 11253, saict
improvements consisting of street and drainage improvements in the
County of 5an Diego, subsequently the City of Encinitas. -
2. Said agreement, including the pl.ans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Enc :nitas . .
3. Said impravements were aompleted and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 21st day of May, 1991.
4. The one year period for warranty of work will, not be required,
therefore no additional security for such warranty will be
required.
5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Counc.il nor
this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
cc,nstructian or installation of said improvements.
