1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Hyaeia View Villas,
a Joint Venture, a subdivider, did on the 8th day of March. 1988,
enter into an agre,ament with the City of Encinitas to construct and
install certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as
Hvaeia View Villas. Tentative Map No. 4609, Record Map No. 12097,
said improvements consisting of street improvements in the City of
Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and spe-ifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 22nd day of May, 1991.
4. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council nor
this Notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
construction or installation of said improvements.
