A'OTICE OF CONPLETION
1. Yursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State ci California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal C'ode, Torrey Pines
Devc]opment, a cubdivider, Liid on the 5th day of Februax'y 1536,
enter into un aqreement with the City of r.ncinitas to conetruct
and install cer.tain improvements in that certain subdivision
k.nown zs Grandview, 1'entative Map No. 17437, said improvements
consisti:y of street improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Saicl )qrecment, includinq the plan:: and specifications for
said improvements, is on Liie in the Otfice cf the Clerx of the
City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 24th day of August, 1987.
4. The name of the surety on the subdi.vider's Letter of Credit
guaranteeing construction of said improvements anc9 the payment of
labor and material tiierefore is Torrey Pines Bank, 1125 Wall
Street, La Jolla, California, 92031.
5. Letter of Credit: $20,700.00. The origir.al street improvement
portion, $13,c,u0.00, was reduced to $1,380.00 on January 12,
1987, The amount of $1,380.00 shall be held for one (1) year
from the acceptance date in paragraph 3 above unless further
notified by the City.
6. Labor and Material portion $6,900.00 should be relea3ed in six
months should no claims be filed aqainst it.
7. Ne.itY:er acceptance of sai.d ' innrcvements by the City Council
nor this notice constitut.es a waiver of any defects in the work
oi the construction or installaticn of said improvements.
