NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code,
Broadmoor Homes, Southwest, Inc., subdivider, did on the 11th day
of June, 1986, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas
L~o construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4384-1, Final Map
N0.11042, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and
material therefore is Insurance Company of the :nest, 10140 Campus
Drive, San Diego, California, 92121.
4. Said improvements were comple:ed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 14th day of September,
1987.
5. Performance Bond - Improvement Bond t13-64-75 in the amount
of $320,257.00; the amount of $273,087.00 is hereby released and
the remaining amount of $47,170.00 shall b.:~ held for a period of
one (1) year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above unless
further notified by the City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material Bond #13-64-75 in the amount of
$237,350.00 may be released in six (6) months should no claim be
filed against them with the City of Encinitas.
7. Monumentation Bond #13--64-75 in the amount of $3,800.00 is
hereby released. Park Land Security Bond #13-64-75 in the amount
of $9,800.00 is hereby released. Drainage Fees Bond #13-64-75 in
the amount of $11,500.00 is hereby released.
8. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
of the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of
any defects in the work of the construction or installation oL
said improvements.
