NOTICE OF COMPLETIOid
1. Pursuant to the Subd.ivision Map Act of the State of. California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Mun.icipal Code, Torrey Pines
Development, a subdivider, did on the 5th day of February 1986,
enter into an agreemciit w.ith the City of Encinitas to construct
and install certain improvements in that certain subdivision
known as Grandview, Tentative Map No. 17437, said iinprovements
consisting of street improvements in the City of Encinitas.
~ 2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 24th day of August, 1987.
4. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Letter cf Credit
guarante.eing coi-istruction of said improvements and the pay-ment of
labor and material therefore is Torrey Fines Bank, 1125 Wall
Street, La Jolla, California, 92031.
5. Letter of Credit: $20,700.00. Tne originai street improvement
portion, $13,800.00, was reduceci to $1,380.00 on January 12,
1987. The amount of $1,380.00 shall be held for one (1) year
from the acceptance date in paragraph 3 above unless further
notified by the Cii;y.
6. Labor and Material portion $6,900.00 should be released in six
months snould no claims be filed against it.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work
of the ronstructien or installaticn of said impro-,ements.
