NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code,
Alex N. Hansen, a subdivider, did on the 14th day of August, 1986, enter into an agreement with the City of Encini-
0 tas to construct and install certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as Grandview, Tentative Parcel
w Map No. 18521, said improvements consisting of street improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the Office of the
ip Clerk of the City of Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas City Council on the 10th day of February,
