1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Boczanowski
Incorporated, a subdivider, did on the 25th day of August, 1987,
enter i.1to an agreement with the City of Encinitas dated August 25,
1987 to construct and install certain improvements shown on Plan
No. TM 4583 in that certain subdivision known as Tract 4583,
Tentative Map No. 4583, Record Map No. 11902, said improvements
consisting of street improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 12th day of April, 1989.
4. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bond guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and
material is Insurance Company of the West, 10140 Campus Point
Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-1520.
5. Security
A. Construction of Improvements
Bonds guaranteeing construction of improvements in the
amount of $870,200 from Insurance Company of the West
(Bond No. 02 92 38).

B. Payment of Labor and Material
. Bonds guaranteeing payments for labor and material in the
amount of $435,100 from Insurance Company of the Wept
(Bond No. 02 92 38). This bond is to be released six
months after the above date of acceptance of improvements
by the City Council.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of
the construction or installation of said improvements.
