1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
Boczanowski Incorporated, a subdivider, did on the 25th day of
August, 1987, enter into an agreement with the Cardiff Sanitation
District to construct and install certain improvements shown on
Plan No. TM 4583 in that certain subdivision known as Tract 4583,
Tentative Map No. 4583, Record Map No. 11902, said improvements
consisting of sewer improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board
of Directors.
3. Said improvements were completed nd accepted by the Board of
Directors on the 22th day of g

4. The name of the surety on the subdivider' sBond for alaboreand
construction of said improvements and the payment
material is Insurance Company of the West, 10140 Campus Point
Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-1520.
5. Security
A, Construction of Improvements
Bonds guaranteeing construction of improvements in the
amount of $105,600 from Insurance Company of the West
(Bond No. 02 93 74).
90% ui the improvement bond amount is to be released at
this time. The remaining 10% shal' be released six
wonths after the above acceptance d, 3 (item No. 3).

B. Payment for Labor and Material
Bonds guaranteeing payments for labor and material in the
amount of. $52,800 from Insurance Compan;r of the West
(Bond No. 02 93 74). This bond is to be released six
months after the above date of acceptance.

5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of
Directors nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in
the work of the constriction or installation of said improvements.
