1. Pursuant to the Subdivision. Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Barratt America
Incorporated, a Subdivider, did on the 10th day of January, 1990,
entered into a Covenant with the City of Encinitas to Improve Major
Subdivision as a Condition of Approval of Substitution of Parties,
TM3967, Recorded Map No. 11532, said improvements consisting of
street and drainage improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
3. On January 10, 1990, portions of improvements as outlined
below were accepted by City Council.
a) Rancho Santa Fe Road, Calle Santa Catalina, Calle Santa
Cruz, Calle San Miguel, Calle Anacapa and Calle San
Clemente.
b) Camino del Rancho except that portion west of Calle Santa
Catalina.
4. Security:
Security for Warranty of Work is in the form of a bond and is
provided by:
