1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California, Barratt America Incorporated, a subdivider, did on the
9th day of January, 1990 entered into a covenant with Cardiff
Sanitation District to "Improve Major Subdivision as a condition
of Approval of Substitution of Parties, TM396711, Recorded Map No.
11532, said improvements consisting of sewer improvements in the
City of Encinitas.
2. Said covenant, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board
of Directors.
3. On January 9, 1990, said improvements were accepted by the
Board of Directors.,
4. Security.
