2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the ;

3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Board of
Directors on tne 9th day of January, 1990.

Security is in the amount af $2,400.00. This anount shall remain
