improvements consisting of streIt improvements in the City of

2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the Office of the CZerk of
the City of r:ncinitds.

3. Said impY•ovements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council un the 12th day off April, 1989.
