1. Pu-rsuant tc the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
d California, Ralph E. Luedtke and Va Dona Lued't-ke, subdividers, did
on the 8th day of January, 1988, enter into an agreement with

sewer improvements shown on Plan No. TM 4603 in that certain
I subdivision known as Monaco Subdivision Recorded Map No. 12049,

2. Said agreement, includir,g the plans and specifications for
said public improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Boara of Directors.
3. On February 13, 1990, sewer improvements were ar,cepted by

Se--urity for warranty of work is in the form of a letter of
~ credit, provided by California Commerce Bank, P.O. Bax 390, San
Diego, CA 92112. Amount available on the Letter of Credit is
$9175.00. Th?s represents 25% of the cost estimate for
improvements and shall remain on fi].e with the District for one
year after the above acceptance date (Item No. 3).
5. Neither acceptance of said impravements by Board of Directora
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of
the construction or installaici.on of said improvements.
