1. Pursuant tothe Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of t2ie Encinitas Mu:iicipal Code, Multitech
Properties Incorporated, a California Corparation, a
subdivider, did on the 25tn day of Fek:ruary, 1986, enter into
an agreement with the County or San Diego, to construct and
install certain improvements shown on Plan No. TM4483-1 in
that certain subdivision known as Orpheus Avenue Condominiu?n,
Tentative Map h'o. TM4483, Recurd Map No. 11456, said
improvements consisting ef street iinproveinents in t11e City of
Encinitas.
2. Said agreemer.t, including the plaiis and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the Ofiice of the Clerk of
the City of Encinitas.
3. Said i_mprovaMents were completed a:1d accepted by the Encinitas
City Counci]_ an the 12th day cf April, 1989.
4. The na;ne of the surety on the subdivzder's bonds guaranteeing
r,or.struction of said improvements and the payment of labor and
