1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas _.,nicipal Code, G&S Development,
did on the 29th day of November, 1988, enter into an agreement
W!Ln -ore City of Encinitas to construct and install certain
improvements shown on Plan No. 8002R in that certain
subdivision known as Tract 87-143, Record Map No. 12223, said
improvements consisting of street and drainage improvements
in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of
the city o_~ Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 25th day of October, 190-9.
4. Securities for construction of improvements have been reduced
to 25% of the cost estimate, i.e. $28,876.00. The security
is in the form of a certificate of deposit and shall be kept
on file with the City for period of one year following the
date of acceptance of improvements by City Council.
5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
nor this not4ce constitutes a waiver of any defects in the
work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
