1. J?ursuant to the Subdivision Diap Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Nunicipal Code, Boczanowski
Incorporated, a subdivider, did on the 25th day of August, 1987,
enter into an agreeMent with the City of Encinitas dated August 25,
1987 to construct and install certain inpro,.,etnants shown on Plan
No. TM 4583 in that certain subdivisiori kz.own as Tract 4583,
Tent--tive Map No. 4583, Record Map No. 11902, said improvements
consisting of street imurovements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said aqreement, including the plans ar►d specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 12th day of April, 1989.
4. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bond guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the paymen'u- of labor and
material is Insurar.ce Company of the West, 10140 Campus Point
Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-1520.

Boncls gt;aranteeing construction of improvements in the
amount of $870,200 from Insurance Ccmpany of the West
(Bond No. 02 92 38).

Bonds guaranteeing Fayments for labor and material i.n the
amount of $435,100 from Insurance Company of the iVest
(Bond No. Oz 92 38). Thie bond is to ba released six
months after the above date of acceptance of improvements
by the City Council.
6> NEither acaeptance of said impr.ovements by the City CAUncil
nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work cf
the c4nstruction or installation of said iznprovements.
