and Title 24 of the Encinitas Muniaipal Code, Sienna Canyon
Limited, di.d enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct and install certain improvements shown on Plan No. TM
4606 in that certain sl?bdivision known as Sienna Canyon, 11:2p NO.
12228, said agreement consisting of street a:id drai.,lage
improvements in the City of Encinitas was approved by the City
Council on the 17th day of November, 1986.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 22nd day of August, 1990.
4. Sectxrity for the warranty period is in the form of a
aertifiaate of deposit in the amaunt of $92,400.00.
5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Gouncil nnr
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the wark of the
constructian or installatian of said improvements.
