1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of Califcrnia
and Title 24 of the Encir.itas Municipal Code, Pacific 3cene
Incorporated, a subdivider, did on the 2nd day of November, 1988,
enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to construct and
install certain improvements jhown on Plan No. TM 4436 in that
certain subdivision known as Tract 4436 Tentative Map No. 4436,
Record Map No. 11956, said i.mprovements consisting of street
improvements in the City af Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for
said improveraents, is on fiIe in the office of the City Cle-rk.
3. On January 10, 1990, portions of said improvements as outlined
below, were accQpted by City Council:
a. Oli.ve Crest Drive and 14th Street and Rancho Santa Fe
Road.
b. 13th Street except that portion south of aenterline
including the curb return at the southeast cor_ner of its
intersection with Rancho Santa Fe Raad.
4. Security: Sscurity for warranty of wark is in the form of a Certigicate
of Aeposit and is prcvided by Great American First Savings Bank,
600 i1B" Street, San Diego, CA 92183. Account No. Is 000-334-3977
SAV. Security is in the amount af $30,750.00. This amount shall
remain on file with the City for one year after the above.
