1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Normandy Hill
Limited, a California Limited Partnership, did enter into an
agreement with the City of Enainitas to construct and install
certain improvements shown on Plan No. TM 4608 in that certain
subdivision knawn as Tract 4608, Record Map No. 12124, said
improvements consisting of street and drainage improvements in the
City of Encinitas was approved by tne San Diego County Flanning
and Environmental Review Board on 4th day of Septembsr, 1986.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the OfficE cf the Clerlc of the City of
Encinxtas.
3. Saa.d imgrovements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Counci.l on the 18th day of July, 1990.
4. Security guarantaeing construction of said improvements and the
payment of labor and material is U.S. Communitv Savings Bank.
5. Security for the warrar.ty period is in the farm of << letter of
cradit provided hy Community savings Bank in the amount of
$33,400.00.
6. Neither acceptance of said impravements by the CitY Council nor
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
construction ar installatien of said improvements.
