NOTICE OF COMPLETION

1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Bruce Hochman, did
enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to construct and
install certain improvements shown on Plan No. 8030 R in that
certain subdivision known as TPA 87-061, Parcel Map No. 15569, said
agreement consisting of street. and drainage improvements in the
City of Encinitas was approved by the Leucadia Community Advisory
Board on 15th day of December, 1988.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 22nd day of August, 1990.
4. Security for the warranty period is in the form of cash in the
amount of $2,250.00.
5. Neither acceptance ci said improvements by the City Council nor
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
construction or installation of said improvements.
