1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Ronald Grimes, did
enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to construct and
install certain improvements shown on Plan No. 0115U in that
certain subdivision known as TPM 18336., Parcel Map No. 15254, said
agreement consisting of street improvements in the City of
Encinitas was approved by the City council on 22nd day of June,
1987.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of
Encinitas.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the Encinitas
City Council on the 22nd day of August, 1990.
4. Security for the warranty period is in the form of a letter of
credit in the amount of $1,700.00 provided by San Diego Trust and
Savings Bank.
5. Neither acceptance oi said improvements by the City Council nor
this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the work of the
