1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
ancl Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Barratt America
Inrorporated, a Subdivider, did on the lOth day of January, 1990,
entered into a Covenant with the City of Encinitas to Improve Major
Subclivisfon as aCandition of Approval of Substitution of Parties,
TM3967, Recorded Map No. 11532, said improvements consisting of
street and drainage improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Sai3 Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
3. On January 10, 1990, portions of impravements as outlined
below were acaepted by City Council.
