panel and enclosure; installation of electris;al conduit and wiring; instal:ation of footlight
and floodlight fixtures; fabrication of protective light cmvers; and assaeiated carpentry
and condrete work.
2. Said agreement, including plans znd specifications for said improvements, is on fiie in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Encinitas.
3. Said iniprovements were completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas on the June 25, 1997.

this notice consYitutes a waiver of any defects ;n the wOrk of the construction or
installation of said improvements.
