YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about December 12, 1996, Project
CMS96A, known as "SIDEWALK RAMPS PROJECT, consisting of the furnishing and
installation of pedestrian sidewalk ramps and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of
Encinitas, in which Basile Costruction was the contractor and the Transcontinentu, Insurance
Company was the surety, was completed.
