To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about December 4, 1996, Project
CMD95C, known as "SAN ELUO DRAINAGE PROJECT, consisting of the furnishing and
installation of storm drain facilities and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of
Encinitas, in which Don Hubbard Contracting Co. was the contractor and the Insurance
Company of the West was the surety, was completed.
