NOTICE OP CC)PiPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision htap Act of the State of California
and Division 1 cf Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, Harry L. Summers.
Inc., a subdividet, did on the 5rh day oE January, 1983, enter into an
agreement with the County of San niego to construct and install certain
improvements in that certain subciivision icnc>wn as Tentarive Map 3897-2,
Rerore Map No. 10557, said improvements consis,I,.:, of street and drainage
improvements for Vista Del Rio Encinitas 'Jnit ¥2.
2. Said agreement, inclu•-Iing the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the of`ice of the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego as Document No. 646434.
3. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 9th day of December, 1986.
4. The name of the surety on the subdivicler's Bonds guaranL-eeing
construction of said improvements an(9 tY:e palment of lzboz and material
therefor is The American Insurance ComFany, c/c The Mill.s Company, 3505
Cedar Springs, Dallas, Texas 75219.
5. Improvement Bond #5222300 in the amount oi $341,101.00.
Improvement portion: $331,570,00. nn March 28, 1986, the l:ounty
Depa:tment of. Public works rEduced this portion to $33,157.00. This
po*_-tion should be releasc:d at the en-9 of the one-year warranty pe;-iod.
Monumentation portion ;6,250.00 is nereby release~9 and the drainage f.ee
po;:tion #3,281.00 is hereby released. Sewer Improvement Rond #5222300-1:
$84,240.00; this amount was reduced to S8,424.00 on htarch 28, 1986 by
Puhlic Wor':s. This amount should be release9 at the end of the one-y?ar
warranty period.
5. Labor and Material Bond #5222300 in the amount oE $165,790.00 and
Sewer Labor and t4aterial Rond #5222300-1 in the amotint of $40,290.00
sheuLd both be released in six (6) months shculd no claims be filed
against them.
7. Neither acceptance of sai.d improvements by the City Council o`
the City of F;ncinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects
in the work of the construction or installation of sai(i improvements.
