1. Pursuant to the Subdivision map ctState'lof
California and Title 24 of the Encinita cwgpS Qdsr 4he
Fieldstone Company, subdivider, did olm- h day of
February, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4304-6, Record Map No.
11124, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds
guaranteeing construction of said improvements and the payment
of labor and material therefore is The American Insurance
Company, 17542 E. 17th Street, Tustin, CA 92688.
4. said improvements were completed and accepte' by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 25th day of May, 1.988.
5. PERFORMANCE BOND - Improvement Bond No. 7127259 in the
amount of $451,840.00 has been placed to guarantee performance.
The street, drainage, sewer and water facilities appurtenances
improvement portion is $444,540.00, 90% ($400,086.00) is
hereby released and the remaining 10% ($44,454.00) shall be
held for a period of one (1) year from the acceptance date in
paragraph 4 unless further notified by the City of Encinitas.
6. Monumentation portion of the bond in the amount of
$7,300.00 is hereby released.
7. Improvement Labor and Material Bond No. 7127259A in the
amount of $225,920.00 may be released in six (6) months should
no claim be filed against it.
8. Sewer Improvement Bond No. 7127616 in the amount of
$58,850.00 has been placed to guarantee performance, 90%
($52,965.00) is hereby released and the remaining 10%
($5,885.00) shall be held for a period of one (1) year from the
acceptance date in paragraph 4 unless further notified by the
City of Encinitas.
9. Sewer Labor and Material Bond No. 7127616(A) in the amount
of $29,425.00 has been placed as a guarantee. This bond may be
released in 6 months should no claims be filed against it.
10. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City
Council. of the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a

A waiver of any a-ects in the work of the construotion or
installation of said improvements.
I, DEBORAH CERVONE, DEPUTY CITY CLERK of the City of Encinitas,
a political subdivision of the County of San Diego, State of
California, which is the owner of the public work described in
the within Notice of Completion executed by said City of
Encinitas, do declare under penalty of perjury that I have read
the same and know the contents thereof and that the facts
therein stated are true of my own knowledge. I make this
verification for a4on behalf of said City of Encinitas.
