1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and'ritie 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code,
Encinitas Country Village Partnership, a subdivider, did on the 14th day of May, 1986, enter into an agreement with
the City of Encinitas to construe: and instail certain improvements in that certain subdivision known as Encinitas
Village, Tentative Parcel Map No. 4212-1, Record Map No. 10811, said improvements consisting of street improve-
ments in the City of Encinitas.
