NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivisicn Map Act of the State of
California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, De La
Plaza Encinitas, subdivider, did on the 22nd day of August,
1984, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Tentative Parcel Map No. 18185, said
improvements consisting of street and drainage improvements in
the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds
guaranteeing construction of said improvements and the payment
of labor and material therefore is Pioneer Bank, 1515 South
Harbour Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92632.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 13th day of April,
1988.
5. Performance Dond - Improvement Bond for street
improvements in the amount of $97,644.00; 90% ($87,879.60) is
hereby released and the remaining 10% ($9,764.00) shall be held
for a period of one (1) year from the acceptance date in
paragraph 4 above unless further notified by the City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material Bond for street improvements
in the amount of $48,825.00 may be released in six (6) months
should no claim be filed against them with the City of
Encinitas.
7. Performance Bond - Improvemen. Bond for water improvement
in the amount of $143,606.00; 90% ($129,245.00) is hereby
released and the remaining 10% ($14,360.00) shall be held for a
period of one (1) year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4
above unless further notified by the City,
8. Improvement Labor and Material Bond for water improvements
in the amount of $71,805.00 may be released in six (6) months
should no claim be filed against :hem with the City of
Encinitas.
9. Monumentation cash deposit with the County Board of
Supervisors in the amount of $3,750.00 is hereby releaS-A

10. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a
waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or
installation of said improvements.
