NOTICG OE COMPLET?ON NO FEE
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Division 1 of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, Pacific Scene,
Inc., a subdivider, did on the 19th day of September, ;984, enter into an
agreement with the County of San Diego to construct and install ce:tain
improvements in that certain subdivision known as Tentalu-ive Map 4421 Record Map No. 11041, said improvements consisting of street and drai z
xmp,:ovements.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of
5upervisors of the County of San Diego as Document No. 667692.
3. The name of the surety on the subdiv?der's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and material
therefor is American Insurance Company, 411 Ivy Street, Post Office Box
808, San Diego, California 92112.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Encinitas on the 20th day of October, 1986.
5. Performance Bond - Improvement Bond # 731 41 87 in the amount of
$1,840,000.00: Improveme7t portion $1,782,800.00; 90% ($1,604,520.00) is
hereby released and the remaini-ng 10$ ($178,280.00) shall be hetd for a
period of one (1) year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above
unless further notified by the City. Monumentation portion $10,000.00 is
hereby released. Yark Land Security portion $47,200.00 has been
released.
6. Labor and Material portion $896,400.00 may be released in si.x
months shouLd no claims be filed against it with the City of Encinitas.
7. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City ef Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects
in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
