NOTICE OF COMPGETION
1. Yur-suant to the Su:xlivision Map Act of the Stake of Ca.lifornia
~ and Division 1 of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, Harry L. Summers,
~ Inc., a subclivider, did on the 14th day of December, 1983, enter into an
' agreement with the County of Ssn D',ego to construct and install certain
1 improvements in that certain sub:]ivision known as Tentative Map 3897-3,
Record Map tlo. 10799, saicl improvements consisting of street and drainago
improvements Eor Vista Del Rio Er.cinitas Unit #3.
2. Said agreement, including the plans and specifications for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of
5upervisors of the County of San Diego as Document No. 657954.
3. Said i:nprovements were completed and accepted by the Ci.ty
Council of the City of Er =initas on the 9th day of December, 1986.
14. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
~ construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and material
! therefor is The American Insuranf-e Company, c/o The Mills Company, 3505
Cedar Springs, Dallas, Texas 75219.
5. Improvement Bond #5233257 in the amount of $335,850.00.
Improv2ment portion: $325,850.00. On March 28, 1986, the County
Department of Public Works reduced this portion to $32,5a5.00. This
portion should be released at the end of the one-year warranty peYiod.
I Monumentation portion $10,000.00 is hereby released. Sewer Improvement
Bond #5233257-1: $111,050.00; this amount was reduced to $11,105.00 on
March 28, 1986 by Public Works. This amount should be released at the end
of the one-year warranty pericxl.
6. Labor and Material Bor.d 45233257 in the amount of $167,925.00 and
Sewer Labor and Material Aond #5233257-1 in the amount of $55,525.00
; should both be released in six %6) months should no claims be filed
against them.

7. Neither acceptance of sai.d improvements by the City Council of
( the City of Encinitas nor this notice constir.utes a waiver of any defects
~ in the work of the constructioti or installation of said improvements.
