Department of Public Works reduced tliis por.t.ion to $33,157.00. This
port?nn should he released at the end oE thr- ne-year warranty period.
Monume7tation p-tion $6,250.00 is hereUy releaseci and t.he draiilage fee
portion #3,281.00 is hereby releasec9. Sewer Improvement L-`ond #5222300-1:
$84,240.00; this amount was reduced to $8,424.00 on March 28, 1986 by
Public Wo:.-ks. This amount should be reieased at tlie end of_ the one-yc;ar
warranty period.
6. Labor and Material Bond #5222300 in the amount of $165,790.00 and
Sewer Labor and Material Rond #5222300-1 ir the amount of $40,290.00
should both be released in six (6) months should no claims be filed
aqainst them.

the City of Encinicas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects
