NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, Ereihan
Development, Inc., subdivider, did on the 711h day of August,
1985, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas to
construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision known as Tentative Map No. 4432-1, Record Map
No.11298, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specifications for said
improvements; is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said improvements and the payment of labor and
material therefore is Aid Insurance Company (Mutual), 701 Fifth
Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, 50304.
4. Said improvements 4•cie :ompleted and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Encinitas on the 8th day of August, 1987.
5. Performance Bond - Improvement Bond #30969 in the amount of
$117,000.00; 90% ($105,300.00) 1s hereby released and the
remaining 10% ($11,700.00) shall be held for a period of one (1)
year from the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above unless further
notified by the City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material Bond #30969 in the amount of
$59,250.00 may be rel,2ased in six (6) months should no claim be
filed against them with the City of Encinitas.
7. Monumentation Bond #;30969 in the amount of $1,500.00 is
hereby released.
8. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council of
the City of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any
defects in the work of the construction or installation of sa--?
improvements.
