NOTICE OF COMPLETION
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California
and Title 24 of the Encinitas Municipal Code,
Broadmoor Homes, Southwest, Inc., subdivider., dl.d on '.-.he 11th day
of June, 1986, enter into an agreement with the City of Encinitas
to construct and install certain improvements in that certain
subdivision kno-,, as Tentative Map No. 4384-:1, rival Map
No.1.1042, said improvements consisting of street and drainage
improvements in the City of Encinitas.
2. Said agreement, including plans and specificati,, is for said
improvements, is on file in the office of the Clerk of tae City
of Encinitas.
3. The name of the surety on the subdivider's Bonds guaranteeing
construction of said inp-~vements and the payment of laLor and
material therefore is Tnsurance Company of the West, 10140 Campus
Drive, San Diego, California, 92121.
4. Sa ; improvements were completed and acceK-l-ed by the City
Coun,-il of the City of Encinitas on the 14th day of September,
1987.
5. Performance Bond - Improvement Bond 113-r,4-75 in the amount
of $320,'257.00; the amount of $273,08?."i is herebv released and
the --maining amount of. $47,170.00 shall be held for a period of
one (1, '-om the acceptance date in paragraph 4 above unless
further notifiea oy tiie City.
6. Improvement Labor and Material Bond #13-64-75 in the amount of
$237,350.00 may be released in sir. (6) months should no claim be
filed against them with the City of Encinitas.
-1. Monumentation Bond -13-64-75 in the amount of $3,800.00 is
h-;reby released. Park Land Security Bond 413-64-75 in the amount
of $9,300.00 is hereby released. Drainage Fees Bona ;13-64-75 in
the amount of $11 x10.00 is hereby release.
3. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the City Council
of the Citv of Encinitas nor this notice constitutes a waiver of
any defects in the work of the construction or installation of
said improvements.
